Troubleshooting Suggestions

If the platform isn’t working well for an individual user, clearing cache and cookies in the web browser is a good place to start. It may also be helpful for the user to try Google Chrome rather than another browser.

If there are problems at the school or district level, it may be necessary to have your school’s IT team whitelist the following websites in case something is getting blocked:
