How do I roster users to the Perfection Next platform?
How users are rostered with Perfection Next depends on whether a school is integrated or not. At integrated schools, access to Perfection Next is handled via an LMS (learning management system) such as Canvas, Classlink, Clever, or Schoology.
Integrated Schools
If your school or district is integrated, rostering users is handled via your LMS. Please see this article for more information.
Non-Integrated Schools
If your school or district is not integrated, teachers and administrators can create accounts on the platform using the access code provided in the digital access email. This email is sent to whoever places an order and can be shared with any teachers that need accounts.
Students can then be rostered using one of three methods:
1. Class Code
Using the class code method, teachers first create classes and then provide students a class code so that students can create their own accounts. See this article for more information.
2. CSV File
Using the CSV file method, student information can be uploaded in bulk to the platform. Teachers will still need to manually create classes and add students to their classes. See this section for more information.
3. Manually
Student accounts can also be created one-by-one by teachers or administrators. See this section for more information.
