Resetting Student Password

Follow the steps below to reset an individual student's password.
  1. Click the three horizontal bars in the top left:

  2. The navigation menu will open up and you can click the Users option:

  3. Click the gear icon next to the student that you want to edit:

  4. This will open a navigation menu, click the Update Account option:

  5. This will open a screen with the student's information.
  6. Click in the text box under the Password field:

  7. Enter the new password for the student.
    1. The password must contain 6+ characters with at least 1 lowercase letter, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 number. 
    2. If the password does not follow those credentials, then it will not update properly.
  8. Once you have the password set, click the green "Update Account" button.
  9. You will see this confirmation message, if the user was updated correctly:
