Search
When clicking this icon, the following screen will appear:
On this screen, by clicking on the text box you can do a keyword search throughout the entire document.
Click on Search, and the search bar will change to the screen below:
To navigate to the next area where the term is mentioned, click the down arrow. For the previous term, click the up arrow.
Clicking on the menu button in the bottom right corner will bring up the following prompt:
Freehand
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
This allows the selection of the color and type of freehand tool
The three dots on the right allow you to auto-minimize this toolbar when not being used
After you have selected your freehand tool and color your cursor when hovering over the text will allow you to notate the text using a marker feature
View Controls
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
This allows you to adjust the view mode, the color mode, and the page rotation
Annotation Icon
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
On this screen, there are multiple areas to note:
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
Here you can leave notes attached to the comment bubble
2. Eraser
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
The cursor will now change to where you can drag over the annotations to delete
3. Free Text
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
Here you can tap on the screen and start typing onto the page
4. Shape
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
You can click and select the shape tool that you want to use
Tap on the screen for the area you want the tool to be used
5. Ruler
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
You can click on the screen to create a line that you would like to measure
6. Area Select
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
You can click on different areas on the screen around the content you would like to encase
7. Auto-Connect Area Select
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
Like the Area Select tool, you can click in different areas on the screen around the content you would like to encase in it.
When clicking on this icon, the following screen will appear:
Like the freehand tool, you can highlight on the screen by tap and dragging across the desired area
9. Call out box
When clicking this icon, the following screen will appear:
You can create a call out box by tapping two points on your screen
