Adding Students as Users

Click on full screen icon to fit video to screen.

Follow the steps below to add an individual student into the system.
You should only follow this process if you are NOT following the Using the Class Code process.
  1. Click the three horizontal bars in the top left:

  2. The navigation menu will open up and you can click the Users option:

  3. If you do not currently have any students in the system, then you should see this screen:

  4. Click the "Add Students" button in the top right corner of the screen:

  5. This will open up a new screen where you can enter the student's information:

    1. The Middle Name and Grade fields are optional.
    2. All other fields are required.
    3. Please make sure you enter the Password as the student will need it to sign into the platform. 
  6. After the information is entered, click the green "Add Account" button at the bottom of the screen.
  7. You will see a confirmation message after clicking the "Add Account" button:

  8. You can go back to the Users navigation menu to view the student you added.
  9. Follow the Adding Students to Class article to place the student into a class.
